These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of creat3dworld.com and any purchase you make from Creat3d World (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products
All products sold on this site are 3D printed to order in Jacksonville, Florida. Product images show the design; minor variations in color, texture, and finish are normal for 3D printed items and do not constitute a defect.
Orders and Payment
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, in which case you will receive a full refund.
- By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping and billing information is accurate.
Made-to-Order Items
Every item is printed after you order it. Because each piece is made specifically for you, made-to-order items cannot be resold as new. Please review our Return Policy before purchasing.
Digital Downloads
Digital Downloads: Digital products (3D model files) are delivered via download link immediately after purchase. Download links expire 14 days after purchase, with a limit of 5 downloads per purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to download and back up their files within this period. Once a file has been downloaded, all sales are final — no refunds once any file has been downloaded (downloading any single file type makes the purchase non-refundable). If the download link expires after 14 days without the file ever being downloaded, you may contact us to request a refund. Refunds will be issued minus a 20% processing fee (e.g., $0.99 on a $4.99 purchase), which covers non-recoverable transaction costs.
Intellectual Property
All designs, product photos, descriptions, and website content are the property of Creat3d World unless otherwise credited. Licensed designs are used under their respective commercial licenses and credited as required. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our designs or digital files without written permission.
Endorsements and Reviews
Any product reviews or testimonials shown on this site reflect the genuine experiences of our customers. If we ever offer compensation, discounts, or free products in exchange for a review, that relationship will be clearly disclosed alongside the review, in compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
Our products are intended for their described use (mounts, organizers, decorative items). We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or exceeding stated load limits. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Chargebacks and Disputes: If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at shop@creat3dworld.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. We maintain detailed records of all transactions, including download timestamps, IP addresses, and delivery confirmations, which we will submit as evidence in any dispute.
If a chargeback is filed and decided in our favor, you agree to reimburse us for any chargeback fees assessed by our payment processor. If a chargeback is filed fraudulently (for example, after receiving and using a digital download), we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
Customers who file a chargeback will have their payment method and account blocked from making future purchases on this site. If you have a legitimate issue with your order, contact us first — we will make it right.
Trademarks
Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and trade names mentioned on this site (including but not limited to Apple, Apple Watch, Xbox, Microsoft, Ryobi, Nintendo, Pokémon, Pikachu, Marvel, Deadpool) are the property of their respective owners. Creat3d World is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these trademark holders. Our products are independently designed 3D printed accessories compatible with these brands’ products; we do not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks. Any use of trademarked names is for descriptive and compatibility purposes only.
Dispute Resolution
We hope we never have a dispute, but if we do, here is how we will handle it.
Step 1 — Talk to us first. Before anything formal, email shop@creat3dworld.com and give us a chance to make it right. Most issues are resolved this way.
Step 2 — Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve the issue informally within 30 days, either party may require the dispute to be resolved by binding arbitration instead of going to court. A neutral arbitrator — not a judge or jury — will decide the dispute. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Duval County, Florida, or another location we both agree on. For claims under $10,000, you may choose to have the arbitration conducted by phone or video.
No class actions. You and Creat3d World agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only. Neither party will bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
Small claims exception. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.
Opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing shop@creat3dworld.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and including your name and order number.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
