Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times: We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Standard delivery time is 1-5 business days after your order ships. Digital downloads are delivered instantly via download link immediately after purchase — no shipping required.

Delivery Delays: While we do our best to get your order out on time, delays can happen due to severe weather, holidays, high carrier volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your package leaves our hands, delivery timelines are the carrier’s responsibility. If your tracking hasn’t updated, please allow extra time during peak periods before contacting us.

Processing Time

Every item is 3D printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and preparation before your order ships. Larger or complex orders may take longer — we will notify you if there is a delay.

Shipping Carriers and Timeframes

We ship via USPS and UPS from Jacksonville, Florida. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

Standard (USPS Ground): 3–7 business days
Expedited options are available at checkout where offered

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping when offered.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the carrier returns the package, we can reship it at your expense.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
